GET A POWERFUL CORE I7 DELL LAPTOP FOR ONLY $500 WITH THIS $300 COUPON CODE

Today, you can get a high-performing Core i7 laptop for just $500—a truly rare and enticing deal. Dell’s business store sells the Dell Inspiron 15 5566 with an Intel “Kaby Lake” Core i7-7500U for $800, but if you use the code SAVEEXTRA300 at checkout, it takes $300 off your order and drops down to the $500 sale price.

Kaby Lake isn't Intel's latest and greatest CPU architecture, as the company recently released newer 8th-gen Core processors. Nevertheless, the Core i7-7500U delivers stellar performance compared to what you'd normally get for $500. It's a 2.7GHz dual-core processor with Hyper-Threading and the ability to boost up to 3.5GHz as needed.

Beyond the processor, you also get a 15.6-inch display with 1366-by-768 resolution, 8GB of RAM, and a 1TB hard drive. Wireless connectivity includes 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi (2.4GHz only) and Bluetooth 4.0. There’s also a DVD drive, an SD card reader, two USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.0, ethernet, and HDMI 1.4 out. The DVD drive and the hard drive push the weight of this laptop just past the comfortable weight limit at 5.19 pounds.

This is a business-focused laptop so the screen resolution isn’t as high as we’d like, and that hard drive could also be swapped for an SSD for faster performance. But don't be fooled: A laptop with a Core i7 chip for $500 is a stellar deal, period. You can always add an SSD at a later date if you don’t mind a little DIY.

WHAT IS COMPOSABLE INFRASTRUCTURE?

Composable infrastructure treats compute, storage, and network devices as pools of resources that can be provisioned as needed, depending on what different workloads require for optimum performance. It’s an emerging category of infrastructure that’s aimed at optimizing IT resources and improving business agility.

The approach is like a public cloud in that resource capacity is requested and provisioned from shared capacity – except composable infrastructure sits on-premises in an enterprise data center.

IT resources are treated as services, and the composable aspect refers to the ability to make those resources available on the fly, depending on the needs of different physical, virtual and containerized applications. A management layer is designed to discover and access the pools of compute and storage, ensuring that the right resources are in the right place at the right time.

The goal is to reduce underutilization and overprovisioning while creating a more agile data center, says Ric Lewis, senior vice president and general manager of the software-defined and cloud group at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, which offers the Synergy composable infrastructure platform.

“When a customer logs onto a public cloud, they grab a set of resources: compute, storage, fabric. ‘I need this much stuff to be able to run this application. Please give that to me," Lewis says. "I’ll run this application, and when I’m done, I’ll give it back to you and you can use it with somebody else,’”

“What we did with composable infrastructure is build that into the platform. We can do the same dynamic resource sharing.”

Composable vs. converged vs. hyperconverged infrastructure
Converged infrastructure involves a preconfigured package of software and hardware in a single unit that enables simplified procurement and easier operation than traditional servers, storage and networking switches. A converged infrastructure is typically designed for a specific application or workload, and while the compute, storage and networking components are physically integrated, the management of those discrete resources often remains siloed.

Hyperconvergence adds deeper levels of abstraction and greater levels of automation for easy-to-consume infrastructure capacity. In a hyperconverged environment, the software-defined elements are implemented virtually, with seamless integration into the hypervisor environment. Organizations can expand capacity by deploying additional modules.

Like a converged or hyperconverged infrastructure, composable infrastructure combines compute, storage and network fabric into one platform. But it’s not preconfigured for specific workloads like a converged or hyperconverged infrastructure is.

“As long as you want to do software-defined storage for virtualization – that’s really solved well” with hyperconvergence, Lewis says. But, with data-center customers in particular, “they’re not just doing virtualized environments, and they’re not doing all of them on software-defined storage. They’re doing big-scale things where they’re running virtual machines. They’re also running bare metal,” he says. “Customers want a simple environment for VMs, bare metal, containers and for their new cloud-native applications.”

Hyperconverged infrastructure also has a scalability limitation; typical hyperconverged environments scale to 20 or 30 nodes, Lewis says. “Hyperconvergence is great, but it doesn’t solve all workloads, and it doesn’t scale to the level that customers are going to want to scale to.”

Composable infrastructure, which is also described as “infrastructure as code” or “disaggregated infrastructure,” takes things a step further, with more fluid resource pools.

Flexible, reapportionable resources
In a composable infrastructure world, resources can be reconfigured to compose the exact-sized infrastructure environment each workload needs. A developer could request a virtual machine with any combination of compute, network and storage capacity, for example, and when the workload is done running, those infrastructure resources are delivered back to the pool for other users to access. One workload could be a compute-heavy application requiring a lot of CPU power, while another could be memory-heavy.

“The application can grab whatever it needs at the time that it runs, and when it’s done, it returns it to the pool. It’s not just sitting there dedicated to running VMs, like a hyperconverged environment,” Lewis says. The result is that the on-premises infrastructure looks more like public-cloud infrastructure-as-a-service environments.

HPE is among the first to make a composable infrastructure platform available.

Apple is now selling its too-cool-for-school space gray iMac Pro accessories as an option along with the standard silver color. As you might have expected, they cost more than the ones Apple gives out with regular iMac purchases, but still less than the astronomical prices people are selling them for on eBay.

The prices are as follows:

Magic Keyboard
Silver: $129
Space Gray: $149
Magic Mouse 2
Silver: $79
Space Gray: $99
Magic Trackpad 2
Silver: $129
Space Gray: $149
Apple introduced the new accessories along with the Space Gray iMac Pro in late December. Starting at $5,000, the new all-in-one computer is the most cutting-edge machine in Apple’s line-up, with a 27-inch Retina 5K 5120-by-2880 P3 display, up to 18-core Intel Xeon processor and Radeon Pro Vega graphics. With every build-to-order option, the iMac Pro costs more than a decked out Mac Pro, topping off at just over $13,000.

But now you can have a little piece of it for just a couple hundred dollars. The new space gray Magic Trackpad, Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse are available for shipping immediately as well as pick-up from Apple’s retail stores.

APPLE'S BUILDING A MASSIVE TV STUDIO, BUT SHOWS REPORTEDLY WON’T DEBUT BEFORE 2019

Over the past year, Apple has been stockpiling talent and content for what seemed to be the imminent launch of a new video services packed with choice programming from Reese Witherspoon, Steven Spielberg, Kristen Wiig, and M. Night Shyamalan. But a new report suggests they might not be coming as soon as you think.

In a sprawling article on Apple’s streaming video ambitions, The New York Times reports that Apple is targeting “somewhere between March 2019 and the summer of that year to roll out its slate of new programming.” It’s unclear from the report whether multiple shows would be airing at once, or if episodes would be see a staggered release like Apple has previously done with Carpool Karaoke and Planet of the Apps.

The report also details the size and ambition of Apple’s efforts. Apple is said to be building a 128,000-square-foot facility in Culver City, California, to house its entertainment division, and will be pumping out a dozen shows to start. Among the titles being produced are a sci-fi series by Battlestar Galactica alum Ronald D. Moore and a drama series by Academy Award-winning La La Land director Damien Chazelle.

Prehaps most anticipated among the crop of new shows is a reboot of Steven Spielberg’s 1980’s series Amazing Stories. The Times reports that that project is progressing slowly, however, because executive producer Brian Fuller left the show after creative difficulties and has yet to be replaced. Apple and Spielberg reportedly balked at Fuller’s “dark” direction for the show, which runs afoul of Apple’s “bright, optimistic brand identity,” the Times reports. The original show was a decidedly family-friendly effort built around tales off wonder rather than terror.

The Times also says that Apple’s morning-show drama starting Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston has yet to receive a script.

Apple has not yet announced how the shows will be distributed, but previous efforts have been bundled with Apple Music subscriptions. However, with a full slate of shows due to arrive next year, it’s more likely that Apple will use its Apple TV box or TV app for the new service, likely behind a pay wall. By bundling a subscription with Apple Music, it would give Apple a valuable one-two punch to take on both Netflix and Spotify.

The impact on you at home: Apple may be arriving late to streaming party, but don’t count them out. Like Apple Music, Apple has the influence and the financial fortitude to make a real splash right out of the gate, especially with such an array of star power already signed on. Competing with the likes of HBO, Netflix, and Amazon isn’t going to be easy, but Apple’s family-friendly approach here could be a difference maker. While many of the hottest streaming shows are geared toward adults, a service that appeals to a variety of age groups could put Apple in a different class. At any rate, we’re probably going to be waiting a little while longer for the first show to arrive, so don’t start popping the popcorn just yet.

THE FIRST CHROME TABLET, ACER'S CHROMEBOOK TAB 10, TAKES ON THE IPAD IN SCHOOLS

The first Chrome OS tablet knows exactly what it wants to do: Take on the iPad. Acer’s Chromebook Tab 10 D651N challenges Apple’s long-popular tablet in the education market nearly feature for feature.

We’ll dive deeper into the specs in a moment, but let’s savor the historical weight first. Chrome fans have been waiting a long time for their own tablet. A small group of Chromebooks with 360-degree hinges have dabbled with the concept, but Acer’s Chromebook Tab 10 D651N finally commits to the form factor. Now that Chrome devices support Android, tablets like this one make even more sense. We hope this is the beginning of a trend.

iPad: Nothing
Battery life: The iPad’s looks longer, but your mileage may vary.

Tab 10 D651N: 34Whr, up to 9 hours
iPad: 32.4Whr, up to 10 hours
As you can see from the specs, these tablets are practically nose-to-nose on specs, with the few differences often too close to call. With the advent of Acer’s tablet, Google finally has something small and simple, just like the iPad.

Why this matters: The lack of a Chrome tablet has allowed Apple’s iPad to retain a competitive edge in schools. We won’t know how well the Tab 10 D651N will be received until schools start to commit to hardware purchases for next year. A new iPad is also expected to be revealed at Apple’s “Field Trip” educational event in Chicago tomorrow. Given how quickly Chromebooks have dominated in schools, however, bringing a tablet into the mix certainly doesn’t hurt. We could be in for a great playground fight.

APPLE PROPOSES NINE NEW ACCESSIBILITY EMOJIS

Apple has proposed nine new emoji to the Unicode consortium for inclusion in the standard set of images. If accepted, they will appear Emoji 12.0, which is scheduled for release early in 2019.

In itself, that’s not a big deal, but Apple’s focus here is laudable. All nine emoji are aimed at better representation for people with disabilities. Apple makes its intentions clear in its proposal letter to the Unicode Consortium.

One in seven people around the world has some form of disability, whether that be a physical disability involving vision, hearing, or loss of physical motor skills, or a more hidden, invisible disability. The current selection of emoji provides a wide array of representations of people, activities, and objects meaningful to the general public, but very few speak to the life experiences of those with disabilities.
The new emoji would represent some of the most common disabilities. They are:

Guide dog with harness
Person with cane
Ear with hearing aid
Deaf sign
Person in mechanized wheelchair
Person in manual wheelchair
Mechanical or prosthetic arm
Mechanical or prosthetic leg
Service dog with vest and leash
You can see sample images of all nine emoji above, though different manufacturers are able to interpret the standard emoji with their own artistic style. The proposed emoji will have male and female versions where appropriate, and support skin tones where appropriate. All told, we’re looking at 13 emoji with male/female variants counts, or 45 with those variations plus skin tones.

These may not be the only emoji in the Emoji 12.0 standard to represent disabilities. Apple’s letter states that, “This is not meant to be a comprehensive list of all possible depictions of disabilities, but to provide an initial starting point for greater representation for diversity within the emoji universe.” It is possible that others may be proposed and adopted before the standard set is finalized next year.

This story, "Apple proposes nine new accessibility emojis" was originally published by Macworld.

Elon Musk deleted the Facebook pages of both Tesla and SpaceX on Friday.

Should you and your company do the same?

Just like Musk, you have to guard your professional reputation — and the reputation of your company. That means you can’t be associated with criminal, shady or pornographic social sites.

Establishing and maintaining a public, named presence on 4chan, for example, would not be a career-enhancing move for most executives; 4chan is discreditable.

But what about Facebook, Twitter and YouTube?

We learned something new this week about social networks that we didn’t know before: Their reputations can change in an instant.

This is an important new fact.

It takes years to establish a personal, professional or corporate presence on social sites. Millions of man-hours spent on crafting posts, engaging with followers and mastering site-specific techniques and practices can be suddenly wasted when that social site starts “breaking bad” in the public imagination.

Just look at what happened to Facebook.

The Facebook fiascos
It all started when President Trump’s 2016 election campaign hired the political data firm Cambridge Analytica, which used apparently frivolous “personality quizzes” and a goofy app to create personality profiles of some 50 million Facebook users and influence their voting behavior.

Data collected included personal details, friend relationships and even “likes.”

That sounds innocent enough. Users opted in, right? Wrong.

Only about 270,000 users consented to sharing personal data. The majority were harvested through the consenting minority, as part of their “social graphs.”

In other words, those 270,000 gave permission for Cambridge Analytica to harvest personal details on 50 million.

These personality profiles were then used to select highly targeted political ads. The technique used was developed by scientists at Cambridge University’s Psychometrics Center.

Facebook has since banned the features that enabled this data collection.

But it gets worse.

Although Cambridge Analytica reportedly told Facebook that it had deleted the personal data, it turns out it had not, prompting Facebook to ban Cambridge Analytica from the network. Experts say the data is probably being sold on the dark web.

The public is also aware of the related matter of Facebook’s face-recognition feature. As with the Cambridge Analytica data, Facebook allows a minority of users to give Facebook permission to violate the privacy of the majority. Any picture of you can be tagged by anyone with access to that picture, which means that Facebook can know, when any new picture of you is uploaded, that it is, in fact, you. Without your permission.

If you don’t want your exact ID associated in Facebook’s incredibly advanced face-recognition database, well, that’s just too bad. (Note that Google’s policy with Google Photos is even worse, because on that site you can never even know you’ve been tagged.)

The public has also grown disillusioned with Facebook over the Russian government’s apparent use of it to try to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

The Cambridge Analytica news served as the last straw for millions of users anxious about Facebook’s collection and handling of personal data, triggering use of the hashtag #DeleteFacebook.

A spate of how-to articles instructing how to delete a Facebook account rippled through the internet.

Even WhatsApp co-founder Brian Acton tweeted the #DeleteFacebook hashtag. Facebook owns WhatsApp, though Acton left the company last year.

The public outcry about Facebook’s missteps prompted political action.

The FTC launched an investigation this week into whether Facebook violated a 2011 consent agreement over user privacy. Congress began the process of launching hearings on the matter.

A U.K. parliamentary committee asked Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg to appear and answer questions.

After some silence, Zuckerberg posted a statement on Facebook saying he’s “really sorry that this happened” and admitted the company “made mistakes.”

The whole fiasco leaves business executives and enterprises in a pickle: Do we really want to associate our own public reputations with Facebook?

And what about YouTube?

The YouTube debacles
Google’s YouTube has also plummeted recently in the public’s judgment, caused by several sordid stories in the news.

Several high-profile YouTube “stars” were slammed recently for racist, anti-Semitic or extremely insensitive videos. YouTube took action against these content creators, but the damage to its reputation was done.

The link between morally retrograde stunt-making and YouTube fame is not incidental. YouTube’s algorithms favor the most extreme content and make them go viral. YouTube stars are in a heated arms race for attention, and YouTube rewards these stunts with fame and fortune.

As the public grapples with politically motivated “fake news” and viral conspiracy theories, it has emerged in recent weeks and months that YouTube is a major driver of these phenomena.

Because of the way YouTube algorithms work, an innocent search for some basic content dredges up suggested follow-on videos, which usually involve increasingly extreme content.

As one example, a curious consumer of news might search YouTube to learn more about NASA and the space program. By clicking down the YouTube rabbit hole, it’s only a matter of time before most of the videos offered are about how NASA faked the moon landing, documentaries “revealing” how the illuminati tricked the world into believing the world isn’t flat, and how the space program’s technology comes from aliens.

My example is amusing. But apply this same process to politics, religion, terrorism, sex or any number of topics, and you can see how corrosive algorithms that favor extremism can be.

This also proved true, by the way, for YouTube Kids content. Recent reports show that the supposedly child-friendly version of YouTube also exposed children to conspiracy theories presented as fact.

Worse, a recent scandal demonstrated that unscrupulous and anonymous YouTube accounts were using A.I. to auto-generate viral children’s content to, in the words of James Bridle, “systematically frighten, traumatise, and abuse children, automatically and at scale.”

YouTube’s reputation has taken a beating.

The Twitter troubles
Twitter also has a great many skeletons in the closet.

A huge number of the counted Twitter users are duplicate, bot, fake or purchased accounts.

Twitter content includes violence, pornography and hate speech, most of which does not violate Twitter’s policies and is allowed to remain. Porn is aggressively hawked on Twitter with direct-message spam and linkbait.

As with Facebook, Twitter is a major go-to network for state-sponsored disinformation campaigns.

And while Twitter appears to work hard to shut down hate speech, harassment and trolls, it still maintains a reputation for such problems.

Do you really want to be associated with all this?

Keep your distance
Let me be very clear: My point isn’t that Facebook, YouTube and Twitter are bad. And I’m not saying that it’s impossible to function on these networks without encountering the worst elements.

What I am saying is this: Events this week prove that a social network’s public reputation can sour so suddenly and so thoroughly that, if you’re active on that network, it rubs off on you and damages the reputation of you or your company.

That’s why Musk, Tesla and SpaceX joined the #DeleteFacebook trend.

Facebook’s sudden turn changes my standing advice for how to operate on the social networks.

In the past, I would have advised professionals and companies to go all in on the social networks. Build an active presence. Engage. Commit. Become part of the communities.

This is no longer my advice. We’ve now learned that a social network’s reputation can be tainted overnight, and association with that network can hurt you.

The new imperative is to build your own social networks. Re-embrace older technologies that keep you in control of the access you have to fans, customers, colleagues and the public.

Favor the content subscription model. Pour your energies and budgets into email newsletters, blogs with RSS feeds and podcasts.

Move the conversations you have with the public from the social networks to your own networks.

Each of these models enables you to build sticky lists of people who voluntarily choose to interact with you, and who — because these technologies do not involve algorithmic sorting shell games — can actually see everything you post.

Don’t delete your social accounts right away (except maybe for Facebook). Instead, use them for as long as you can to drive traffic to your newsletters, blogs and podcasts.

And when the social networks’ reputations take a turn into the gutter, you can pull the plug knowing that you’ve invested in social content systems that you own and control.

Musk deleted his companies’ Facebook pages. One day you might need to protect your own reputation, and your company’s, by doing the same.

The time to prepare for this eventuality is now.

Mark Zuckerberg apologizes for the Cambridge Analytica scandal

Mark Zuckerberg apologized on Wednesday evening for his company’s handling of the Cambridge Analytica privacy scandal. “This was a major breach of trust, and I’m really sorry this happened,” he said in an interview on CNN. “Our responsibility now is to make sure this doesn’t happen again.”
Zuckerberg’s comments reflected the first time he apologized following an uproar over how Facebook allowed third-party developers to access user data. The CEO and company founder undertook a rare media tour with a handful of outlets, including Verge sister siteRecode, to explain the company’s perspective on a scandal that has consumed the company since Friday.
Earlier in the day, Zuckerberg wrote a Facebook post in which he said the company had made mistakes in its handling of the Cambridge Analytica data revelations. The company laid out a multipart plan designed to reduce the amount of data shared by users with outside developers and said it would audit some developers who had access to large troves of data before earlier restrictions were implemented in 2014.
Zuckerberg spoke with CNN senior tech correspondent Laurie Segall, with the segment airing during Anderson Cooper 360. The news came at a crucial moment for Facebook as it reels from the fallout of Cambridge Analytica data privacy scandal.
Other highlights of Zuckerberg’s interviews:
  • He told multiple outlets that he would be willing to testify before Congress.
  • He said the company would notify everyone whose data was improperly used.
  • He told CNN he did not totally oppose regulation. “I’m not sure we shouldn’t be regulated,” he said. “There are things like ad transparency regulation that I would love to see.”
  • He expressed regret for not investigating further when Cambridge Analytica’s deception had first come to light in 2015. “I think this was clearly a mistake in retrospect,” Zuckerberg told CNN. “We need to make sure we don’t make that mistake ever again.”
  • He expressed confidence Facebook could be protected from bad actors ahead of the midterm elections. “This isn’t rocket science. There’s a lot of hard work we have to do to make it harder for nation-states like Russia to do election interference,” he told CNN. “But we can get in front of this.”
  • He told The New York Times that Facebook would double its security force this year, adding: “We’ll have more than 20,000 people working on security and community operations by the end of the year, I think we have about 15,000 now.”
  • He told the Times that the company had deployed unspecified new artificial intelligence to fight bad actors in the recent Alabama Senate election: “In last year, in 2017 with the special election in Alabama, we deployed some new A.I. tools to identify fake accounts and false news, and we found a significant number of Macedonian accounts that were trying to spread false news, and were able to eliminate those. And that, actually, is something I haven’t talked about publicly before, so you’re the first people I’m telling about that.”
  • He expressed regret for building a platform API that was vulnerable to abuse of the kind committed by Cambridge Analytica. “There was this values tension playing out between the value of data portability — being able to take your data and some social data, the ability to create new experiences — on one hand, and privacy on the other hand,” he toldRecode. “I was maybe too idealistic on the side of data portability, that it would create more good experiences — and it created some — but I think what the clear feedback was from our community was that people value privacy a lot more.”
  • He told the Times that Facebook would investigate “thousands” of apps to determine whether they had abused their access to user data.
  • He further told the Times that a “meaningful number of people” had not deleted their accounts in the wake of the controversy: “I don’t think we’ve seen a meaningful number of people act on that, but, you know, it’s not good. I think it’s a clear signal that this is a major trust issue for people, and I understand that. And whether people delete their app over it or just don’t feel good about using Facebook, that’s a big issue that I think we have a responsibility to rectify.”
  • Asked about content moderation, he told this to Recode: “[The] thing is like, ‘Where’s the line on hate speech?’ I mean, who chose me to be the person that did that?,” Zuckerberg said. “I guess I have to, because of where we are now, but I’d rather not.”
  • Facebook didn’t announce all the new restrictions to the platform today, Zuckerberg toldWired: “There are probably 15 changes that we’re making to the platform to further restrict data, and I didn’t list them all, because a lot of them are kind of nuanced and hard to explain—so I kind of tried to paint in broad strokes what the issues are, which were first, going forward, making sure developers can’t get access to this kind of data.”

HMD Global възкресиха легендата Nokia 8110

Google Assistant.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR FACEBOOK DATA

  • With all the news about Facebook recently, you might be wondering, what exactly does Facebook know about me from my profile? Sure, you can peruse your profile online, but that doesn’t tell the whole story. One way to see what Facebook has on you is to download your Facebook data.

The ability to download your Facebook data isn’t really new, but not many users know that you can do it. It only takes a few minutes; how long depends on how big your data files are. Here are the steps to download your Facebook data.
If you’ve decided that you want to leave Facebook completely, here’s how to delete, disable, or limit your Facebook account.

Downloading your Facebook data

1. Go to your Facebook page and click on the downward-pointing arrow at the top right corner of the page. It is located next to the Quick Help (?) icon. Select Settings.

2. Go to the General Account Settings (it should go there by default). Below the list that includes your Name, Username, etc., look for the link that says, “Download a copy of your Facebook data.” Click it.

3. The next page that appears will have a “Download Your Information” heading. Click the Start My Archive link. You’ll then see a notification saying it may take a few minutes to create your archive.
Facebook will send emails to the address you have in your profile to let you know that your data was requested, and then another email to notify you that your data is ready to download.

4. Check your email for the download notification. It will have a link you need to click. This is done to help make sure that the data request is legitimate.
5. After you click the email link, your browser will go back to Facebook’s Download Your Information page, but now there is a Download Archive link. Click it to start the download process.

6. A window will pop-up, asking for your Facebook password. Enter it and click Submit to proceed.
7. The download will begin. The file size varies, depending on how much information you have put in Facebook. The more active you are, the bigger the download.

How to read your Facebook data

Facebook provides your data as a local mini website. All the files are in a folder, and if you open the folder, you’ll see an index.htm file. Open it, and it will launch in your browser.

The first page that opens is your Profile page, which gives you a summary of your personal information on Facebook. Click on any of the links below your profile picture to see what else is in your Facebook data. Some points of interests you might want to check out sooner than later:
  • Messages has a history of all the Messenger messages you’ve ever had. Even if you didn’t respond to a message, it’s in there.
  • Security displays when you were on Facebook.
  • Ads shows what Facebook ads you clicked on and what advertisers have your contact info.
  • Applications shows a list of what apps and services are using in conjunction with Facebook.
If you see information you want to change or get rid of, you can’t edit any of this information through the archive. You have to do it through your Facebook account.
